I’ve been reminded by a few of my friends on Instagram today that it’s “R U Ok?” Day here in Australia. There’s been plenty of useful advice about how to approach people you are concerned about… I find that simply walking in some wonderful nature really lifts my mood so I recommend taking a walk with a loved one too, if you can. Research is increasingly proving what a boon being in nature is for our mental health. Also by walking you’ll have the added benefit of exercise, which is increasingly recognised as being beneficial to our health all round. Centennial Park in Sydney’s East is so lush and green after all the recent rain - I strongly recommend it, especially if you get off the track and explore!
